Sauteed green vegetables with tofu
This is a very easy-to-prepare Chinese recipe with tofu in its smoked version.
It is made in a short time, it is healthy and very delicious. Of course, you will need a couple of ingredients that are not in common supermarkets, you should go to an Asian market for them.
For this recipe you will need:
Smoked Tofu , which you can get in Chinese markets, usually in refrigerators.
The green vegetable , which can be stems of Chinese garlic (*) or green vainitas of your preference. They can even be both.
* Chinese garlic is not the same as garlic, you get it in Chinese markets. It is also known as "garlic flower".
Chives , green onions, green onions, scallions, whatever you call it on your country.
You will also use garlic, ginger and light soy sauce.

Ahh, and as an optional ingredient, you can put chopped pork, but little, like 50 grams nothing more. It is not the protagonist of the dish, ok?
Recipe of sautéed vegetables with smoked tofu
- 300 grams of smoked tofu
- 200 grams of stems of Chinese garlic or green beans.
- 1 piece of 2 cms of fresh ginger root
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 stalk of chives
- Light soy sauce
- 50 grams of minced pork (optional)
Chop the tofu into slices.
Chop the stems of Chinese garlic (or the beans) into pieces of about 2 or 3 centimeters.
The garlic is very small and the ginger in thin slices.
The chives you will also chop it small.
Heat a deep pan or wok preferably with a stream of vegetable oil.
Saute the garlic and ginger for a few seconds. Immediately add the stems of Chinese garlic and cook until they turn bright green.
If you decided to put chopped pork, do it at the same time as the garlic stems.
Then add the tofu smoked and continues sautéing a couple of minutes more.
Spread a stream of soy sauce, stir well and turn off the heat.
When serving, put the chives on top.
This dish can be eaten with these aubergines and a little white rice.
